The Legal Director of Tax Consulting at CCL Auditores Consultores was interviewed on the program “Información Privilegiada” to explain what the new ISFUT or FUT consists of. This was enacted into law this week to create a temporary fund for the reconstruction of Valparaíso following the February fires, through an instrument that includes resources of more than US$800 million over a period of three years.
