IMPORTANT: This channel is a tool provided for reporting conduct that violates current legal regulations in Chile or our Integrity Program and Crime Prevention Policy. Its purpose is to enable the early detection of irregularities in the following areas:

Crime Prevention and Compliance: Acts that may constitute crimes, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption between private parties, among other economic and environmental offenses, in accordance with Law No. 20,393 on the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and its amendments, especially Law No. 21,595 on Economic and Environmental Crimes.

Workplace Relations: Reports of acts of sexual harassment, workplace harassment, or violence at work, in accordance with Law No. 21,643, known as the Karin Law.

Personal Data Protection: Violations of privacy, improper data processing, or the exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended by Law No. 21,719.

Reports received through this channel will be handled with absolute confidentiality. Although the form allows anonymity, it is recommended to provide as much background information and evidence as possible to facilitate an effective investigation. We are committed to ensuring that each report is reviewed objectively and, where appropriate, investigated in accordance with due process and applicable regulations.

We encourage the responsible and good-faith use of this channel. The intentional submission of false information with the aim of harming others or damaging the corporate reputation may constitute a serious offense and may result in legal and criminal sanctions.
