“The First Category Tax is currently 27%, and with the presentation of the Marfán Commission Report – commissioned by the Ministry of Finance to determine the contribution of growth to tax revenue – it has been stated that it will be reduced to 25%, therefore it represents a complete change in direction,” explained the Lead Partner of CCL Auditores Consultores during the interview.
