Jaime Preiss and Renato Estay participated in the webinar “Tax Reform and Its Effects on Mid-Sized and Family Businesses,” organized by ESE Business School

The partners of CCL Auditores Consultores addressed key amendments to the tax code that may be relevant for companies led by graduates of the institute’s PDE program.

On Tuesday, December 10, Jaime Preiss, Partner of Tax Legal Consulting at CCL Auditores Consultores, and Renato Estay, Lead Partner for the Southern Region at CCL, were invited to speak at the webinar “Tax Reform and Its Effects on Mid-Sized and Family Businesses,” organized by ESE Business School.

The event was aimed at graduates of the Business Development Program (PDE) at ESE Business School, who, together with tax experts, explored in depth the new provisions that significantly modify the rules governing corporate reorganizations, the main implications regarding tax avoidance, and the new principle of tax sustainability and its alignment with OECD guidelines.

The session had strong attendance and active participation, with the discussion moderated by Jon Martínez, Director of the Business Development Program (PDE) at ESE Business School, Universidad de los Andes.
