Francisco Orellana attends the “Third Global Conference on the Future of Rules of Origin” of the WCO

The partner of the Legal and Tax/Customs Defense Area of CCL Auditores Consultores and president of the Chilean Institute of Customs Law attended the event organized by the World Customs Organization and the National Customs Service of Chile, in order to strengthen ties with customs experts from around the world, exchange experiences and knowledge in the field of rules of origin, and stay at the forefront of the latest global innovations on the subject.

On November 8 and 9, the “Third Global Conference on the Future of Rules of Origin” was held in Santiago, an event jointly organized by the National Customs Service of Chile and the World Customs Organization (WCO), with the sponsorship of the Korea Customs Service.

This international event brings together representatives from most of the world’s customs administrations, public sector authorities, experts from international organizations, and leaders from civil society. All of this with the aim of fostering dialogue on the challenges and benefits that rules of origin present for the development of international trade.
