At CCL, we held our first Best Practices Workshop, an initiative focused on the development and strengthening of our work teams.
On this occasion, members of our Tax Department addressed the topic: “Remote Work and Team Development,” reflecting on how to build strong, collaborative organizational cultures with a sense of belonging, even in non-face-to-face environments.
Through success stories and real-life experiences, the session concluded that physical distance is not an obstacle to fostering close working relationships, engaged teams, and a strong organizational culture.
