As part of the growth plan of the locally based consulting firm, the attorney joined to further strengthen the services offered in advisory and management of corporate and family tax matters, among others.

Two years after its integration, CCL Auditores Consultores, the leading locally originated firm dedicated to consulting and auditing services, continues to move forward firmly with its growth plan.

This week, the firm announced the addition of attorney Agustín Brzovic to its Legal team as Legal Director of Tax Consulting.

“I join the CCL Auditores Consultores team with great energy and enthusiasm for the challenge it represents, especially given the large volume of regulations that have been approved and are currently being proposed. I believe this will bring tremendous opportunities, and I hope to continue contributing to the firm’s growth,” said Agustín Brzovic.

With this addition, CCL’s Legal area is now composed of two partners, three directors, and a diverse team of attorneys handling matters ranging from international taxation, advisory and management of corporate and family tax affairs, compliance, to wealth restructuring and the implementation of appropriate tax structures, among others.

For Jaime Preiss, partner of Tax Legal Consulting at CCL, Agustín’s arrival has the team very pleased. “We are confident that with this addition, the service and advisory we offer our clients will be strengthened and become more robust, which in practice will allow us to become a more attractive player in the legal-tax market. In this regard, we appreciate Agustín’s trust in our project,” explained Preiss.
