Javier Jaque

Lead Partner

He is a Business Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Tax Planning and Management, as well as an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in International Tax Law from the University of London. He has more than 25 years of experience in tax matters at both local and international levels.

He served as Lead Partner for the Private Market at EY and, at KPMG, as Lead Partner in Tax Compliance and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). He also worked as Director and Founder of the Tax Studies Center at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universidad de Chile, and previously served at the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII).

In the academic field, he has been a lecturer at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at various universities, with a notable role at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universidad de Chile, where he served as Director of the Master’s in Taxation program and as an Adjunct Professor.
