Jaime Preiss

Attorney, holder of a Diploma in Taxation and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Facultad de Economía y Negocios de la Universidad de Chile, and a Master in Advanced Studies in Financial and Tax Law from the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

He has more than 12 years of experience, focusing his practice on national and international taxation, corporate restructuring, audit processes before the Servicio de Impuestos Internos, and tax litigation before the Tribunales Tributarios y Aduaneros.

He was a partner at CCL TAX and previously worked as a Senior Attorney in the tax department at the law firm Garnham Abogados, as well as an attorney in the tax area at Noguera Larraín & Dulanto Abogados.

In the academic field, he has served as a postgraduate professor at various universities and institutes.
