Gerardo Ugalde

He is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from the University of Santiago de Chile, holds a Diploma in Tax Planning and Management from the University of Valparaíso, and is certified as an IFRS specialist. He has more than 35 years of experience in audit and financial consulting, having served as an Audit Partner at Jeria y Asociados Auditores Consultores Limitada and as a Partner at KPMG.

Throughout his professional career, he has advised companies across various industries, including mining, manufacturing, services, financial services, education, agriculture, and wineries, among others. In the academic field, he has served as a professor and lecturer in diploma programs at various universities in the country.
