Francisco Orellana

He is an attorney with a Master’s degree in International Law and a Master’s degree in Taxation. He served as a Tax and Customs Judge. He has more than 16 years of experience in tax and customs matters, and over 21 years of professional practice.

He is a professor in the Primary Rank of the Judicial Academy of the Judiciary and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in tax and customs law at various universities. He is President of the Chilean Institute of Customs Law (ICDA) and a member of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law (ICHDT).
