In a new edition of Agenda Económica, the partner of CCL Auditores Consultores, Javier Jaque, explained which professional services will begin to be subject to VAT starting January 1.
In this context, he stated that “processes related to education, transport, and outpatient healthcare remain exempt.” He also warned that “anyone who is not constituted as a professional company and is providing consulting services will be subject to VAT.”
