In a new episode of Agenda Económica, the Managing Partner of CCL Auditores Consultores explained how the declaration of professional companies works to avoid the payment of VAT: “It is a legal way to do it and its essence lies in being composed exclusively of natural persons (…). Since they are professional companies and services, they would be exempt from such payments, but they must have related professions and support each other in the service being provided; likewise, no party may operate solely as a financier.”
