Mario Morales

He is an Industrial Civil Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Chile, an MBA from Tulane University (USA), and a Master’s in Business Economics. He is also a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation.

He has held executive positions in multinational companies such as Telefónica, Motorola, and Nextel. In the academic field, he has held leadership roles at universities such as the University of Chile, Universidad Mayor, and Universidad Central, and currently teaches at the postgraduate level in areas such as strategy, management control, and business ethics.

Over the past 25 years, he has advised companies in Chile, Peru, and Ecuador on their growth and development.
