Attorney, Bachelor of Laws in Legal and Social Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she received the Book Award in International Taxation II. Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax Law, Levin College of Law, University of Florida, USA.

She has more than 12 years of experience, focusing her practice on legal and tax advisory in both domestic and international matters, covering a wide range of areas, including the design and implementation of corporate restructurings and structuring of inbound and outbound investment projects, taxation of public and private investment funds, financial instruments, real estate projects, energy projects, and the application of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, as well as tax audit processes before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service and tax litigation before the Tax and Customs Courts.

She has also coordinated acquisition projects in the region, involving countries such as Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Panama, Canada, and the United States.

She was a Manager in the International Tax and Mergers & Acquisitions teams at Deloitte Chile, and worked as a Senior Associate in the tax area at Garnham Abogados, and previously as an Associate in the tax area at Noguera Larraín & Dulanto Limitada.
