As part of its growth and service diversification strategy, CCL Auditores Consultores announces the creation of its new Digital Law and Artificial Intelligence Practice, which will be led by Pablo Sylvester, an attorney with extensive academic and professional experience in Europe and Latin America.
The addition of this new practice responds to the advancement of regulation in data protection and emerging technologies, particularly in light of the upcoming entry into force of Law No. 21,719 in Chile, which strengthens the regulatory framework for personal data protection.
“On December 1, 2026, Chile will align with Data Protection standards and, as previously occurred in Europe, companies will need to prepare in advance for the transition toward data governance and data subject rights in order to reduce risks and avoid sanctions. In this context, my mission will be to support CCL’s clients with my experience in Digital Law, based on my academic and professional background within the European framework, from which many of the rules and principles that inspire this new regulation originate,” said Pablo Sylvester.
