CCL Auditores Consultores Senior Attorney, Paola Ambiado, participated as a speaker in the 7th Academic Conference on Tax Law organized by the Faculty of Law of Universidad Alberto Hurtado, through its Department of Labor, Corporate and Economic Law, and FESIT – Foundation for Systemic Tax Studies.
The attorney took part in the panel “New Challenges for Taxpayer Rights” with the topic: Temporal limits within the anti-avoidance regulatory framework in tension with taxpayer rights.
