The Director of the Corporate Tax Area at CCL Auditores Consultores, Carlos Tapia, was interviewed on Radio El Conquistador in Osorno in the context of the various seminars on taxation in land subdivisions in which the firm participated in Valdivia and Osorno between October 12 and 13.
“Today, we must talk about project typology, carefully review our projects, examine sectoral permits; where the project is being carried out, whether it is a subdivision or a land development, whether it is within or outside the zoning plan or urban boundary—going case by case. Today, this has become highly case-specific, and often this large number of regulations from different areas—environmental, urban planning, or even the economic crimes law (…) create complex issues. That is why it is very important for us to share our experiences, present them in greater detail, and ensure that people have the tools to execute their projects,” explained our director Carlos Tapia during his conversation with Marcelo Cifuentes and Tamara Cárcamo on the local radio station.
