The Tax Director of CCL Auditores Consultores explained the latest updates of the tax filing process currently underway this month, particularly the real estate rental assistant, where many individuals were able to see properties registered under their name in detail.
On Tuesday, April 16, Felipe Salinas, Tax Director at CCL Auditores Consultores, was interviewed on the program Clave Morse on Radio La Clave regarding the new features introduced in the 2024 Tax Filing Process.
During the conversation with Felipe Reyes, Salinas explained what the real estate rental assistant consists of. Through this tool, many individuals were able to view properties listed under their name, where the updated interface now displays the property tax ID and the municipality where it is located. In addition, the Internal Revenue Service (SII) requires users to indicate the status of the property, such as whether it was rented during the previous year, used for personal purposes, or assigned to other uses.
