Partners from CCL Auditores Consultores, together with partners from the Brzovic law firm, analyzed the most important reforms contained in the Fiscal Pact Law.
On Thursday, November 28, Jaime Preiss, Partner of Tax Legal Consulting at CCL Auditores Consultores, and Raúl Gómez, Partner of Tax Consulting at CCL, participated in the webinar “Analysis of the Most Important Reforms Contained in the Fiscal Pact Law,” organized by Frutas Chile.
Jaime Preiss addressed the new rules on corporate reorganizations, while Raúl Gómez explained the effects and opportunities related to export VAT and the Substitute Tax. Also presenting at the event were attorneys Franco Brzovic and Magdalena Brzovic, both partners at the Brzovic law firm.
During the webinar, more than 40 participants joined and actively engaged at the end of the session, where a Q&A segment allowed for various questions.
