CCL Auditores Consultores announced that, as of this month, seven professionals from its Tax team have been promoted. They are Nicolás Espinoza, Alfredo Zanni, Denisse Piñones, Ricardo Sepúlveda, Joan Lawrence, Susana Meneses, and Gonzalo Salinas.
This year, Nicolás Espinoza completed six years at CCL and was promoted from Tax Manager to Senior Manager. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Chile and has 10 years of professional experience in tax matters, both in companies and consulting firms. In addition to his consulting experience, he actively participates in academic programs related to taxation, teaching in diploma programs and serving as a co-professor in master’s programs.

Following his appointment, Nicolás said: “I am very happy and grateful for this promotion, and especially for the support and trust that CCL Auditores Consultores has placed in me over these nearly seven years working together. I take on this new professional challenge with great responsibility, and we will continue to focus on delivering a high-quality professional service to our clients.”
Meanwhile, Alfredo Zanni, who also completed six years at the firm, was promoted from Tax Manager to Senior Manager at CCL. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Chile and has more than 10 years of professional experience in tax areas across various companies, both in consulting and other organizations, leading national and regional processes. He previously worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at EY and as a Tax Consultant at KPMG Chile. He is currently a professor in undergraduate and postgraduate tax courses at the University of Chile, Universidad de Las Américas, Universidad Alberto Hurtado, and other institutions.

“I am very happy to receive this news. For six years I have been an integral part of CCL Auditores Consultores, and I take on this new role with great enthusiasm and responsibility. I deeply appreciate the opportunity for growth in my professional career and the trust the partners have placed in me. I hope to continue developing and meeting the expectations set for my work. I also want to thank my team, because without their effort, dedication, and commitment, these new challenges would not have been possible. I am confident that together we will continue to focus on delivering excellent and timely service to our clients,” said Alfredo upon assuming his new role.
Among the women, Denisse Piñones was promoted from Senior Tax Associate to Tax Supervisor. She has more than 10 years of professional experience, is a certified public accountant with a specialization in taxation, and holds diplomas in Tax Management and Planning, as well as International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS-CGR).

Regarding her new role, Denisse said: “Four years ago I began my journey at CCL Auditores Consultores with the goal of resuming my career and growing professionally. It has been a rewarding experience, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to take on this new challenge. I trust that this new stage will be just as successful, and I appreciate the confidence placed in me. I also thank the great team we have, as strong relationships and support from colleagues are essential for growth and creating a positive work environment.”
A similar case is that of Ricardo Sepúlveda, who was also promoted from Senior Tax Associate to Tax Supervisor. Ricardo has 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax Management and Leadership at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

“First, I want to thank Javier Jaque and Emilio Martínez for trusting me from the beginning and bringing me to the firm after being out of the workforce for a year by choice. I am happy to be part of CCL because it challenges you daily with different projects and aligns well with my style. I previously spent three years in the public sector, and it is quite different. I feel comfortable with the team—they are excellent professionals and even better people. I take this promotion calmly but with responsibility, to continue contributing to my team and the firm, and to keep growing within CCL,” he said after assuming his new role.
Joan Lawrence was also promoted, moving from Senior Tax Associate to Tax Supervisor at CCL. He is a certified public accountant with a specialization in Tax Management, holds a diploma in Tax Management and Planning from USACH, and has seven years of professional experience.

“I am very proud to be part of the CCL Auditores Consultores team and take on this new role with high expectations. I value the recognition of the effort and work carried out with my team in recent times, and I am confident that we will continue to focus on delivering high-quality, close, and timely service to our clients,” said Lawrence.
Another promotion was that of Susana Meneses, who advanced from Semi-Senior Tax Associate to Senior Tax Associate. Susana has four years of experience and is a certified public accountant with a diploma in taxation.

After receiving the news, Susana stated: “I am pleased to be part of the CCL Auditores Consultores team, and I take on this new role with great expectations and responsibility. I am grateful for the opportunity for personal and professional development it offers my career, and I hope to continue evolving and gaining new experiences within the firm. I deeply value the recognition of the effort and dedication I have shared with my team recently, and I fully trust that we will continue working together to provide high-quality, responsible, and client-focused service.”
Finally, Gonzalo Salinas was promoted from Tax Auditor to Senior Tax Associate within the CCL team.

I highly value that the firm recognizes the effort and work we have consistently carried out with my team, who are not only excellent professionals but also great people. Together, we will continue giving our best to provide high-quality, close, and timely service to our clients,” said Gonzalo upon receiving the news of his promotion.
With these recent appointments, the Tax area continues to strengthen its presence within the firm, bringing CCL Auditores Consultores to a total of more than 180 professionals across offices in seven cities in the country: Santiago, Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Concepción, Osorno, Valdivia, and Puerto Montt, mainly composed of lawyers, auditors, and engineers.
The firm congratulates and wishes Nicolás, Alfredo, Denisse, Ricardo, Joan, Susana, and Gonzalo great success in their new roles and is confident that they will continue positioning CCL Auditores Consultores as a leader in the national industry while strengthening its broad range of professional services.
