The leading national consulting and auditing firm, CCL Auditores Consultores, will organize the event on March 19.
Puerto Varas has been chosen by CCL Auditores Consultores—the leading national consulting and auditing firm—to explore tax compliance and sustainability in business groups for decision-making purposes.
The seminar, which will be held in a 100% in-person format on March 19 at Hotel Solace–Puerto Varas from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., will feature the participation of the Managing Partner of CCL Auditores Consultores, Javier Jaque López, and the Southern Region Partner, Renato Estay Valdés.
“This exclusive seminar for business leaders and executives in the sector has us very excited and optimistic, as it reflects our vision for growth and commitment to the region. We believe that these types of initiatives will open new opportunities, allowing us to strengthen our services and contribute meaningfully to local development,” explained the Southern Region Partner of CCL.
During the event, participants will address the challenges of a potential income tax reform currently under government evaluation, the impacts of the new Tax Compliance Law, and sustainability-related issues within business groups. The discussion will focus on key productive sectors in the region, such as aquaculture, forestry, construction, livestock, and tourism. In addition, attendees will be able to explore new business strategies and exchange knowledge with experts with extensive experience in tax and financial matters.
It is worth noting that the government has postponed the processing of the income tax reform several times. This reform is the last pending pillar of the so-called “fiscal pact,” which was initially scheduled to be presented to Congress in January but was postponed due to the prioritization of pension reform, fiscal constraints, and the need to adjust public spending this year.
For the Managing Partner of CCL, Javier Jaque López: “there are several challenges involved in a potential income tax reform, as well as the Tax Compliance Law that has been in force since last year. In this context, companies must consider many elements to properly address these changes. Therefore, through events like this, we invite them to anticipate what is coming and stay informed about the most recent regulatory developments.”
From the firm, they reported that only a few spots remain available and invited those interested to register via the following email: ppalma@cclac.cl.
