CCL Auditores Consultores announced the recent promotion of Andrea Aravena and Roberto Urbina as partners in the Audit area.
The development, which was reported a few days ago to the Financial Market Commission (CMF), demonstrates “the impact and growth the firm has experienced in recent times, especially in a scenario of increasing regulation and constant external changes,” explained Carlos Barahona, Lead Partner of the Audit Area at CCL Auditores Consultores.
With these recent appointments, the Audit area is now composed of five partners, bringing the total to 14 overall, with approximately 150 professionals distributed across offices located in six cities throughout the country: Santiago, Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Concepción, Osorno, and Valdivia, and a team composed of lawyers, auditors, and engineers.

She has more than 20 years of experience in audit and financial consulting, advising companies in both the public and private sectors. She is a Certified Auditor Accountant from DUOC UC and holds a Diploma in IPSAS-CGR from the University of Santiago (E). As a lecturer, she has participated in the IFRS Diploma program at Universidad Diego Portales and in various courses and training sessions related to IFRS, auditing, management, and accounting.

He has 18 years of experience in audit and financial consulting, advising companies in both the public and private sectors, particularly within the financial industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from the University of Santiago de Chile, certified in IFRS ICAEW-USACH, and holds a Diploma in Derivative Instruments and Financial Risk Hedging. He has served as a lecturer in auditing courses at the School of Accountants and Auditors of Santiago and in various IFRS-related training programs.
