The leading nationally founded auditing and consulting firm, CCL AC Auditores Consultores, informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) of the promotion of two new partners in the audit area: auditor accountant Andrea Aravena and certified public accountant auditor Roberto Urbina.
As a result, the audit area is now composed of five partners. Overall, the firm has 14 partners and nearly 150 professionals working in offices across six cities in the country: Santiago, Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Concepción, Osorno, and Valdivia.
“I hope that with my appointment as a partner, CCL AC Auditores Consultores will continue positioning itself as a leader in the national industry and strengthen its broad range of professional services. In the case of the audit area, I am confident that we will continue delivering high-quality services that ensure the reliability, integrity, and accuracy of financial information, considering the experience I developed as a partner at another firm,” explained Andrea Aravena.
The appointment of Aravena as a partner represents an important signal in a sector where female participation in decision-making roles remains low. In fact, according to the Fourth Report on Gender Indicators in Companies in Chile 2022—jointly prepared by the Ministries of Finance and Economy, Fundación ChileMujeres, and the International Labour Organization—women in top management positions represent 19%, and female board directors only 13% within the professional, scientific, and technical activities sector, which includes auditing and consulting firms such as CCL AC.
