The Audit Partner of CCL Auditores Consultores participated in the discussion that brought together leading women in the field of external auditing in the country, organized by the Association of External Auditors (AE Chile).
This Wednesday, April 23, the first session of the External Auditors Circle was held, an initiative whose main objective is to “highlight and empower female partners in external auditing, foster high-level dialogue with business and industry leaders, and showcase the impact of auditing within the business ecosystem.”
Among the participants was Andrea Aravena, Audit Partner at CCL Auditores Consultores, along with representatives from the 18 firms that make up the association, including KPMG, Deloitte, EY Chile, Crowe Chile, among others.

The session was led by the Association’s Vice President, Claudia Klapp, and María Ester Pinto, Director of AE Chile. It also featured a presentation by Felipe Aldunate, Director of the Economics and Finance area at the Corporate Governance and Society Center – ESE Business School, who discussed the role of boards of directors and how to strengthen the strategic contribution of auditing in corporate decision-making.
After the session, the CCL Audit Partner stated: “The External Auditors Circle represents a valuable opportunity for participation and collective discussion among female leaders in auditing in Chile, contributing to a more comprehensive perspective on the strategies we implement daily to address the challenges of our role within the business environment.”
