With more than 20 participants connected, the second session of the #RutaEstrategicaCCL webinar series took place this Thursday. In its second edition, titled “Management, Strategy, and Data: The challenge of aligning daily operations with strategic goals,” Rodrigo Varela, Director of Digital Solutions and Management Control at Nest Consultores and lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile, led the presentation.
As a summary, at the beginning of the conference, the speaker addressed the challenges of integration in the information age and how operations can be aligned with strategy through various examples and practical cases.
