CCL Auditores Consultores’ Tax Team expands to 3 professionals

The professionals are Rodrigo Fritis, Javiera Pérez, and Franco Paz.

CCL Auditores Consultores announced that, as of this month, three professionals from its Tax team have been promoted. They are Rodrigo Fritis, Javiera Pérez, and Franco Paz.

This year, Rodrigo Fritis completed four years working at CCL and moved from being a Tax Senior to a Tax Compliance Supervisor at the firm. He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Management and has seven years of professional experience in tax matters, both in companies and consulting firms.

After his appointment, Rodrigo stated: “I appreciate the opportunity and the trust placed in me by the CCL team, as this is not just a promotion; it is recognition of technical judgment, rigor, and well-founded decisions when the rules leave no room for improvisation. The role changes, the level of demand increases, and so do expectations. Leading with technical judgment is not a privilege; it is a responsibility that must be earned.”

Meanwhile, Javiera Pérez, who has been working at CCL for one year, moved from being an accounting and tax analyst to an Accounting Supervisor at the firm. She is an auditor accountant from the School of Auditors of Santiago.

“I assume the role of Tax Supervisor with pride and gratitude. This promotion represents recognition of effort and consistency, as well as an opportunity to continue growing professionally. I take on this new challenge with enthusiasm, responsibility, and a firm commitment to contribute through leadership to strengthening and achieving our company’s objectives,” said Javiera upon assuming her new position.

A similar case is that of Franco Paz, who was also promoted to Payroll and Tax Supervisor at CCL. He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Management and has 13 years of experience in advisory, accounting, and administrative functions. He specializes in taxes and human resources. His experience also includes work in finance, budget control, financial reporting, and audit support.

“I am grateful for the opportunity and trust that CCL has given me to continue my professional development. I would like to highlight the work of the teams within the company, especially the one I am part of, led by Romina Guerrero, where there is strong teamwork and a positive attitude in day-to-day tasks. I take on this challenge with responsibility; we must maintain the quality standards of our service with a strong focus on our clients,” were his words after assuming his new role.

With these recent appointments, the Tax area continues to strengthen its presence within the firm. Overall, CCL Auditores Consultores now has a team of more than 180 professionals distributed across offices in seven cities in the country: Santiago, Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Concepción, Osorno, Valdivia, and Puerto Montt, mainly composed of lawyers, auditors, and engineers.

The company congratulates and wishes Rodrigo, Javiera, and Franco great success in their new roles and is confident that they will continue positioning CCL Auditores Consultores as a leader in the national industry while strengthening its broad portfolio of professional services.
